Lucky for us Marine World *ahem* Discovery Kingdom is practically down the street (ok, down the freeway about an hour). We can visit dolphins, sharks, seals, tigers, butterflies, macaws, and orca whales whenever the fancy (and a little bit of prep) strikes.
The kids especially love the silhouettes of all the different shark species. Tyler was especially impressed by the Great Hammerhead Shark.
Tyler is soaking wet after being forced to go down the Tidalwave ride, which terrified him, not once, but twice. Poor kid. Clearly he isn't going to get over it. And Charlotte loves the characters so much I am pretty sure she'd trade in her family to live with them.
